Yes. You can switch between packages or cancel whenever suits your business. If you decide to move on, a small transfer fee applies to migrate everything across to a new provider. We keep the process simple.
Yes, in most cases. We carry out a quick review before taking anything on. If there are underlying issues or the build is problematic we may suggest some changes first. We want to make sure we can look after it properly.
Anything that keeps your site accurate and working well. Wording changes, new images, small page tweaks. New pages or structural changes fall outside standard support and are quoted separately.
It does occasionally happen. We can’t guarantee nothing will ever go wrong, but we’ll be the first ones on it when it does. Sites we’ve built ourselves rarely encounter issues.
Not currently. We specialise in WordPress and that’s where we do our best work. If you’re on a different platform get in touch and we’ll point you in the right direction.
